I still give it 5 stars because the quality of food is very tasty, however after going to many many food trucks around the Oregon area, I would say it's little on the pricey side of things for what they serve. If you don't mind spending a little more for your money then yes 5 stars

I'm a taco-eating machine, so it stands to reason that I'd like a place called Taco Machine. And like a machine, Taco Machine does its job and does it without much flash or fanfare. A solid Mexican food cart.
I've had both tacos and burritos from this NE Killingsworth cart, and both were quite good. The tacos are straightforward, with your choice of protein and accompanied by white onion and cilantro. Throw on some salsa and you've got about the most traditional street taco you can find. The burritos are a bit beefed up, with rice, beans, sour cream, cheese, lettuce, tomato and guacamole. Nice to find guac automatic. That is, unless you don't like guac. But what kind of monster doesn't like guac?
Prices are definitely on point, too. Tacos are $1.75 each, and my (huge) burrito was $8. This neighborhood is so rapidly changing and offering bougie food at bougie prices, so it's nice to get a no-nonsense, delicious, traditional meal. -

Perfect street tacos and the best green sauce on the planet. Definitely check this place out

Best burritos and tortas in Portland! The couple who owns it is SO friendly, the food comes fast, is affordable, and none of the crazy "scene" that has taken over across the street. Solid, great salsas, and amazing chilaquiles! This place is an institution!

The tortillas came from a bag. Fresh Mexican = homemade tortillas. Makes me wonder where else they're taking shortcuts.
Tacos were average. A step above Taco Bell.
